The “Türkmengeologiýa” State Corporation, on behalf of the tender commission for the selection of suppliers for Turkmenistan’s oil and gas sector, has extended the deadline for International Tender No. 02/26 (1) for additional drilling and development (testing) of the Miocene (N1) formations of exploration well No. 01 at the Akpatlawuk field in accordance with a separate work project. The tender is indivisible. To participate in the tender, applicants must: submit a written application indicating the full name of the applicant, legal status, country of registration, bank details and information on its activities. Applications from companies registered in offshore jurisdictions or holding bank accounts there will not be accepted; familiarize themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs,” the “Rules for Conducting Tenders,” and the documents required for participation in the tender; obtain the lot specifications, relevant technical requirements and the main terms of the contract; obtain the bank details for payment of a non-refundable participation fee of USD 1,500 per lot, or the equivalent amount in Turkmen manats, excluding VAT and bank charges. The bank account details for transferring the funds will be provided upon submission of the written application. From the date of publication of the announcement, a sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal must be sent to the address specified above. Evaluation will begin after the required funds have been transferred to the account of the “Türkmengeologiýa” State Corporation. The envelope containing the tender proposal must be prepared in accordance with the requirements specified in the tender documentation provided. It must include an electronic version of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract in Word format, and the technical and economic proposal in Excel format.
