The “Türkmengaz” State Concern has announced open tender No. T/GAZ-036 for the procurement of material and technical resources. Lot No. 2 — Technological equipment. Lot No. 3 — Electrical equipment, control and measuring instruments, and automation systems. Only manufacturers of goods that meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation are eligible to participate. To take part in the tender, applicants must submit a written application indicating their full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details; review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs,” the “Rules for Conducting Tenders,” and the documents required for participation; and obtain the lot specifications, relevant technical requirements and key terms of the contract. Applicants must also obtain payment details for a non-refundable participation fee of US$500 for each lot, or the equivalent amount in Turkmen manats, excluding VAT and bank charges. The necessary information can be downloaded from www.oilgas.gov.tm. Tender proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. local time on September 30, 2026. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Bank account details for transferring the funds will be provided upon submission of a written application. Following publication of the announcement, a sealed package containing the complete tender proposal and certified with the appropriate stamp must be sent to the specified address. Evaluation will begin after the required funds have been transferred to the account. The package must include an electronic version of the application form, the main contract specifications in Word format, and the technical and economic specifications in Excel format.
