The “Türkmengaz” State Concern announces Open Tender No. T/GAZ-035 for the procurement of material and technical resources. Lot No. 1 — Pipes and metal products Lot No. 2 — General plant equipment Lot No. 3 — Electrical equipment, instrumentation and automation Lot No. 5 — Chemical products Only manufacturers whose products meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation are eligible to participate. To participate in the tender, applicants must submit a written application stating their full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details; familiarize themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs,” the “Rules for Conducting Tenders,” and the required participation documents; and obtain the lot specifications, relevant technical requirements and main terms of the contract. Applicants must also obtain the bank details for payment of a non-refundable participation fee of USD 500 (five hundred) for each lot, or the equivalent amount in Turkmen manats, excluding GBS and bank charges. The necessary information can be downloaded from www.oilgas.gov.tm. Tender proposals will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on September 25, 2026. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Bank details for transferring the required funds will be provided upon submission of a written application. From the date of publication of the announcement, a sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal must be sent to the specified address. Evaluation will begin after the required funds have been transferred to the relevant account. The envelope must include an electronic version of the questionnaire, the main terms of the contract in Word format, and the technical and economic proposal in Excel format.
