On behalf of its tender commission, the Turkmennebit State Concern has reannounced open international tender No. 118/4 for the procurement of material and technical resources. Only manufacturers whose products meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation may participate. Lot No. 4 — vehicles, tractors, specialized equipment, components and spare parts To participate in the tender, applicants must contact the Turkmennebit State Concern and: submit a written application indicating the applicant’s full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details; review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs,” the Tender Procedures and the documents required for participation; obtain the lot specifications, relevant technical requirements and key terms of the contract; obtain the bank account details required to pay a non-refundable participation fee of 575 US dollars for each lot, or its equivalent in Turkmen manats, excluding VAT and bank charges. Tender proposals will be accepted for 30 working days from the date of publication of the announcement until 12:00 local time. Bank account details for transferring the funds will be provided when the written application is submitted. Following the publication of the announcement, the complete tender proposal must be sent to the specified address in a sealed envelope. Its evaluation will begin after the required funds have been credited to the relevant account. The envelope must include an electronic version of the application form, the main contract specifications in Word format and the technical and economic specifications in Excel format.
