The “Turkmennebit” State Concern, on behalf of the tender commission, has reannounced Open International Tender No. 165/1 for the procurement of material and technical resources. The announcement was published in the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper. Only manufacturers whose products comply with the requirements specified in the tender documentation may participate. Lot No. 4 — vehicles, tractors, specialised equipment, components and spare parts. To participate in the tender, applicants must contact the “Turkmennebit” State Concern building and: submit a written application indicating the applicant’s full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details; review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs”, the “Rules for Conducting Tenders” and the documents required for participation; obtain the lot description, relevant technical requirements and principal terms of the contract; obtain the account details for payment of a non-refundable participation fee of US$575 for each lot, or the equivalent amount in manats, excluding VAT and bank charges. Tender proposals will be accepted until 12:00 local time within 30 working days from the date of publication of the announcement. The account details for transferring funds will be provided upon submission of the written application. From the date of publication, the complete tender proposal must be sent to the specified address in a sealed envelope certified with a stamp. Its evaluation will begin after the funds have been credited to the account. The envelope must include an electronic version of the application form, the principal contract specifications in Word format and the technical and economic specifications in Excel format.
