Turkmengaz Announces a Tender The Turkmengaz State Concern announces open tender No. T/GAZ-034 for the procurement of material and technical resources. Lot No. 2 — General plant equipment Lot No. 2 — Process equipment Only manufacturers whose products meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation may participate in the tender. To participate in the tender, applicants must: submit a written application indicating the participant’s full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details; review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Work and Provision of Services for State Needs,” the “Rules for Conducting Tenders,” and the documents required for participation; obtain the lot description, the relevant technical requirements and the principal terms of the contract; and obtain the bank account details required to pay a non-refundable participation fee of USD 500 (five hundred) for each lot, or the equivalent amount in Turkmen manats, excluding VAT and bank charges. The necessary information can be downloaded from [www.oilgas.gov.tm](http://www.oilgas.gov.tm). Tender bids will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. local time on 28.08.2026. Bids submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted. The bank account details for transferring the funds will be provided upon submission of a written application. From the date of publication of this announcement, a sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal and certified with the appropriate stamp must be sent to the address indicated above. Evaluation of the proposal will begin after the funds have been credited to the account. The envelope must contain an electronic version of the questionnaire, the main contract specifications in Word format, and the technical and economic specifications in Excel format.
