On behalf of the tender commission for the selection of suppliers of goods, works and services (contractors) for Turkmenistan’s oil and gas sector, the Turkmennebit State Concern announces Open International Tender No. 209 for the dismantling of the passenger lift at the PPL unit of Workshop No. 6 of the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries, the supply and installation of a new lift, its testing and commissioning. To participate in the tender, applicants should contact the Turkmennebit State Concern building and: submit a written application indicating the applicant’s full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details; review the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Works and Provision of Services for State Needs”, the “Rules for Conducting Tenders” and the documents required for participation; obtain the main technical requirements of the tender and the principal terms of the contract; obtain the account details for payment of a non-refundable participation fee of USD 1,725 or its equivalent in Turkmen manats, excluding VAT and bank charges. Tender proposals will be accepted until 12:00 local time within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of publication of the announcement in the Neytralny Turkmenistan newspaper. The bank account details for transferring the funds will be provided upon submission of the written application. Following publication of the announcement, the complete tender proposal must be sent to the specified address in a sealed and officially stamped envelope. The proposal will be reviewed after the funds have been transferred to the account. The envelope must include an electronic version of the questionnaire, the main contract specifications in Word format and the technical and economic specifications in Excel format.
