The "Turkmengaz" State Concern, on behalf of the Tender Committee, announces an international tender for the selection of a contractor to perform capital repairs on NK-12ST, NK-14ST, and NK-16ST gas turbine engines.
To participate in the tender, interested parties must:
Submit a written application stating the applicant's full name, legal status, country of registration, business profile, and bank details (applications from companies registered in offshore zones or holding bank accounts in offshore zones will not be accepted).
Review the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Execution of Works, and Provision of Services for State Needs", the "Rules for Conducting Tenders", and the documents required for participation.
Pay a non-refundable fee of 1,725 USD (including VAT and bank charges) to obtain the tender documentation.
Terms and Conditions:
Tender proposals will be accepted within 30 working days from the date of publication until 16:00 local time.
The account number for fund transfers will be provided upon submission of the written application.
Envelopes containing tender proposals must be sent to the designated address. The complete package of tender documentation will be issued only after the funds have been credited to the account.
