The “Turkmenhimiya” State Concern, on behalf of the tender commission, has announced an international tender for the design and turnkey construction of an ammonium nitrate and urea production complex in Dashoguz Velayat. To participate in the tender, applicants must: submit a written application indicating the applicant’s full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details; pay US$1,725, including VAT, or the equivalent amount in manats at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan — for participants from Turkmenistan — and obtain the tender documentation. The evaluation of envelopes containing tender proposals will begin after the funds have been credited to the account. Tender proposals will be accepted within 30 working days from the date the announcement is published in the “Neutral Turkmenistan” newspaper.
