Only manufacturers whose products meet the requirements specified in the tender documentation may participate in the tender.
To participate in the tender, applicants must submit a written application stating their full name, legal status, country of registration and bank details; familiarise themselves with the Law of Turkmenistan “On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Work and Provision of Services for State Needs,” the “Rules for Conducting Tenders” and the documents required for participation; obtain the lot description, relevant technical requirements and principal terms of the contract; and obtain an account number for payment of a non-refundable participation fee of USD 500 (five hundred US dollars) for each lot, or its equivalent in manats, excluding VAT and bank charges.

Tender proposals will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on August 26. Proposals submitted after the specified deadline will not be accepted.
The account number for transferring funds will be provided upon submission of the written application.
From the date of publication of the announcement, a sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal must be sent to the address indicated above. The proposal will be reviewed after the funds have been transferred to the account.
The envelope must contain an electronic version of the application form, the principal contract specifications in Word format and the technical and economic specifications in Excel format.
