The German Embassy in Ashgabat has announced a vacancy for a female security officer
The Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Turkmenistan has announced a vacancy for a female security officer, with the successful candidate expected to begin work at the start of August this year.
The candidate’s duties will include checking visitors at the entrance to the diplomatic mission and enforcing access-control procedures, operating specialised security equipment, and performing duty services, including receiving, checking and registering incoming correspondence.
Applicants must have English or German language proficiency at no lower than A2 level, good physical health, a high level of stress tolerance and a positive reputation at previous workplaces. They must also demonstrate reliability, strict confidentiality, politeness and persistence, a neat appearance, and previous experience in the security or protection sector. The position is full-time, comprising 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will receive a monthly salary in accordance with the embassy’s staffing structure.
Applicants who meet the stated requirements must submit a complete set of documents by 24 July this year.
The required documents are: a brief CV with a passport-sized photograph, a motivation letter outlining the applicant’s interest and written in German or English, documents confirming education or completion of professional development courses, and references or recommendation letters from previous employers, if available.
