Defenders of the Homeland Awarded High State Honors and New Military Ranks

Taking into account their conscientious fulfillment of sacred military duty, their contribution to strengthening the defense capability of the Homeland, and their significant services in reinforcing law and order in society and maintaining peace, as well as on the occasion of the glorious 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence and in accordance with Paragraph 15 of Article 71 of the Constitution of Turkmenistan, President of Turkmenistan and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Decree.
