Total Value of Transactions at the Turkmenistan State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange Exceeds $531,000

Eighteen transactions were registered at the Turkmenistan State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange during the past week. Representatives of business circles from Türkiye and India purchased wheat flour and licorice root extract for foreign currency. The total value of the transactions exceeded $531,000.

For the domestic market, Turkmen entrepreneurs purchased glycyrrhizic acid, licorice root extract, cotton yarn, raw silk, cotton fiber, crude fatty acids of cotton soapstock, cotton waste and glass containers. The total value of these transactions exceeded 328 million 843 thousand manats.
