Ashgabat–Turkmenbashi High-Speed Highway to Be Built

Preparations are currently underway in Turkmenistan for the construction of the Ashgabat–Turkmenbashi high-speed motorway. The project is expected to span approximately 560–600 kilometres.

The new transport corridor will enable the fast and uninterrupted delivery of cargo from China and Central Asian countries to the port of Turkmenbashi via Turkmenabat and Ashgabat.
