Islam Makhachev is back in action

Russian fighter Islam Makhachev and Ireland’s Ian Machado Garry will face each other at UFC 330 on August 16. The fight will take place in the U.S. state of Philadelphia.

Makhachev currently holds a UFC record with 16 consecutive victories. His professional record stands at 28 wins and 1 loss, while Ian Machado Garry has 17 wins and 1 loss.

The bout will give Makhachev another opportunity to defend a UFC championship belt at welterweight for the first time.
