“Türkmenbaşy” Bank has introduced its “Internet Banking” service

Turkmenistan’s “Türkmenbaşy” Joint-Stock Commercial Bank has introduced an “Internet Banking” service that allows customers to carry out various banking operations online without visiting a bank branch. Customers who activate the service can view balances on their settlement accounts, track the status of payment documents submitted to the bank, and make payments. They can also submit online applications for loans and for opening additional bank accounts.

In addition, the service allows customers to repay principal and interest on mortgages and other loans, as well as pay for services provided by the “Altyn Asyr” mobile operator, the Ashgabat city telephone network, internet and IP-TV services. Customers can also obtain bank card statements through the service.

All of these operations can be performed at any time using an internet-connected personal computer, tablet or mobile phone. Customers wishing to use the “Internet Banking” service can apply at the bank’s head office or its branches.
