Approved: Plans for the admission of students to the State Service Academy under the President of Turkmenistan

In the Era of the Revival of the New Epoch of the Powerful State, in order to upgrade the professional qualifications of members of the People's Councils of Turkmenistan, and to train state leaders, public servants, and master's students meeting international standards for central and local executive authorities and local self-government bodies, the President of Turkmenistan signed a Decree.

According to the document, the following plans have been approved for the 2026-2027 academic year at the Civil Service Academy under the President of Turkmenistan:

• The admission plan for retraining courses for civil servants of state institutions (duration of study — 2 academic years);

• The admission plan for professional development courses for civil servants of state institutions (duration of study — 5 months);

• The admission plan for professional development courses for civil servants of state institutions in commercial arbitration (duration of study — 4 months);

• The admission plan for professional development courses for public servants of local executive bodies and members of velayat, etrap, and city People's Councils (duration of study — 2 months);

• The admission plan for professional development courses for public servants of local self-government bodies (duration of study — 2 months);

• The student admission plan for Master's degree training programs on a paid basis (duration of study — from 1 to 2 academic years);

• The admission plan for professional development courses for specialists on a paid basis (duration of study — up to 2 months);

• The procedure for organizing entrance examinations for the admission of trainees and students to the Academy.
